Acceptance

By using the CARE app and carekid.org website, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the service.

Service Description

CARE is a mobile app that prevents children from using their phone while walking, with parent-child linking. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of perfection. Walking detection may not be 100% accurate.

Account

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. Account security is your responsibility. Accounts for children under 13 require parental consent.

Usage Rules

Do NOT:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Access others' accounts without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Make excessive automated requests (DDoS, scraping)

Liability Limitation

CARE is a SAFETY AID, NOT A GUARANTEE. Your child's safety is ultimately your responsibility. The app can have errors, internet may disconnect, sensors may misread. CARE cannot be held liable for any damages arising from these situations.

Service Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can also close accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
